This Shipping Policy explains how we deliver your orders from Studio Antiopa (studioantiopa.com). It is part of our Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside our Return Policy. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products

Digital products (e.g., downloadable files) are exempt from physical shipping. After your purchase is confirmed:

·         You will receive a download link via email.

·         The link will also appear on-screen immediately after purchase.

·         No processing or shipping time applies—access is instant!

2. Where Do We Deliver?

We currently only ship to countries within the European Union (EU).

Customs/Duties: While we ship within the EU (where no customs duties apply), you are responsible for complying with any local laws or taxes in your country. Studio Antiopa is not liable for any additional fees or delays caused by local regulations.

Restrictions: Some products may have shipping restrictions based on destination. If we cannot fulfill your order due to legal or logistical restrictions, we will notify you immediately and refund your payment.

3. Order Processing

Processing Time: Your order will typically be processed within 24–72 hours (business days), excluding weekends and bank holidays.

Notification: You will receive an email confirmation when your order is shipped.

Digital Products: No processing or shipping time—your download link is available instantly after purchase.

4. Shipping & Delivery Options

We offer one standard shipping option for all physical products:

Shipping Prices:

Currently, shipping costs are calculated per product type based on the average price across Europe. We are working to update this system to better reflect market prices by destination country in the near future.

For orders containing multiple items of the same product type and size, we offer reduced shipping rates:

·         Unframed prints: Additional prints of the same size (motifs may vary) can be added to your order with no additional shipping cost.

·         Framed prints: Additional items of the same size (motifs and frame colors may vary) can be added for a reduced shipping cost of 1 € (A1 size) or 2 € (all other sizes).

·         Example shipping costs (EU):

Unframed print (A3): 9 € (first item), free for additional prints of the same size.

Framed print (A3): 18 € (first item), 2 EUR for additional framed prints of the same size.

In the future, we plan to introduce more sophisticated reduced shipping prices, allowing items of different sizes to be combined in a single order for a discounted rate.

Delivery Time:

Estimated 2–7 working days from the date of shipment.

Note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors like carrier delays or local postal services. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates. During holidays or peak seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday), processing and delivery times may be longer than usual.

Tracking:

Framed prints are always tracked. You will receive a tracking link via email.

Other products may or may not include tracking, depending on the shipping method available for your country and product. If tracking is available, you will receive a link.

5. What If My Order Is Delayed?

If your order is delayed for any reason (e.g., carrier issues, high demand), we will:

1.       Notify you as soon as possible via email.

2.      Provide a revised estimated delivery date.

3.     Offer a refund or alternative solution if the delay is significant (at our discretion).

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if confirmed lost, offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

6. What If My Product Is Damaged During Delivery?

While rare, we understand that damage can happen during transit. If your product arrives damaged:

1.       Do not discard the item or packaging (we may need photos for the claim).

2.      Contact us immediately via our Return Form.

3.     Provide:

·         A detailed description of the damage.

·         Photos of the damaged product and packaging.

4.     We will replace the item or refund your purchase, depending on availability and your preference.

7. What If Delivery Fails?

If a package cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by you (e.g., wrong address), we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
Additional delivery attempts may incur fees, which will be communicated to you in advance.
