Return Policy version 1.0

Effective Date: May 1, 2026

This Return Policy explains your rights to return physical or digital products purchased from Studio Antiopa (studioantiopa.com). It applies alongside our Shipping Policy and Terms and Conditions.

For physical products, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law. For digital products, special conditions apply (see below).

1. Returns for Physical Products

A. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Return Period)

You may return any physical product for a full refund if you notify us of your decision to withdraw within 14 days of receiving your order. The 14-day period begins:

·         On the day you (or a designated recipient) receive the package at your address or letterbox.

·         On the day you pick up the parcel from a package shop.

·         For orders with multiple items shipped separately, the 14-day period starts after the last package is received.

Note: This right does not apply to digital products (see Section 2).

B. How to Return a Physical Product

To initiate a return:

a.      Fill out our Return Form within the 14-day withdrawal period.

b.      Ship the package to the address provided in your return confirmation email (sent to you after your return request have been received).

·         You have an additional 14 days to return the parcel after submitting the Return Form.

·         You are responsible for the return shipping cost, which is estimated at a maximum of approximately 24 €.

Note: Condition of the Product:

·         The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags intact.

·         We recommend using the original packaging to protect the item during return shipping.

·         If the product is returned damaged, we will refund only 50% of the purchase price.

c.      Refund Process:

    • Once we receive your return request, we will refund your payment to the original payment method used for the purchase.
    • The refund will include:

o   The full purchase price of the returned item(s).

o   The proportional delivery cost (if returning part of an order, see below).

·         The refund will not include the cost of return shipping.

·         We will process your refund as quickly as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving your return request and confirmation of your intent to return the item.

·         We may withhold the refund until we receive the goods back or you provide proof of shipment (e.g., tracking number), whichever comes first.

C. Partial Returns (Multiple Items in One Order)

If you wish to return only part of an order:

  • The same 14-day withdrawal period and conditions apply.
  • We will refund:

o    The purchase price of the returned items.

o    A proportional share of the original delivery cost, based on the number of items returned compared to the full order.

·         You remain responsible for the return shipping cost (up to a maximum of 24 €).

2. Returns for Digital Products

A. Right of Withdrawal for Digital Products

You may withdraw your purchase of a digital product only if you have not yet activated the download link.

·         After purchasing a digital product, you will receive a confirmation email containing your purchase details and a download link for the file(s). The same download link will appear on-screen of the website page after purchase.

·         Once the download link is activated, the purchase is non-refundable.

B. How to Return a Digital Product

If you have not activated the download link and wish to withdraw:

1.       Fill out our Return Form.

2.      We will refund your payment to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3. Warranty (Legal Guarantee of Conformity)

All products sold in our shop are covered by the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity under EU law (Directive 2019/771). This guarantee applies to any faults or defects that:

1.       Exist at the time of delivery.

2.      Become apparent within 2 years of receiving the product.

3.     Are caused by a faulty product (not damage caused by misuse or normal wear and tear).

National laws may provide additional rights or extend the warranty period beyond 2 years.

How to Claim the Warranty

If you believe your product is faulty:

1.       Fill out our Return Form.
It is important, you include these details:

Your order number.

·         A description of the fault.

·         Photos or videos of the issue (if applicable).

2.      We will assess your claim and repair, replace, or refund the product as appropriate under EU/Danish law.

Note: For the first 6 months after delivery, we assume the product was faulty at the time of delivery unless proven otherwise. After 6 months, you may need to provide proof that the fault existed at the time of delivery."

3.     If the product is confirmed to be faulty under the warranty, we will cover the cost of returning the item to us.
